We make sure that every order is shipped as soon as possible and all orders will be shipped within a delay of 3 working days.
Both domestic and international orders will be shipped via DHL standard. Domestic shipments are insured up to 500€ and international shipments are automatically insured up to 50€

Please provide a full name and address. This name and address should be easy to find in your location for the carrier service.
After your order has been filled, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive updated tracking information via email.
We are not responsible for any possible customs fees, these are in charge of the recipient. Please be aware that any unpaid fees may delay arrival of your parcel. For more infos on customs fees please contact your local customs office.
If you do not pay your customs fees and your item is shipped back to us, you will not receive a refund. If you would like it to be reshipped you will have to pay the international shipping fee again.

You live in Berlin and would like to produce less packaging wastes and greenhouse gases? Then select Local Pick Up at checkout and pick-up your order from our studio in Berlin.
